- B.E. / B. Tech ( Computer Science / Information and Technology / Electronics and Communication) with not less than 60% marks
Age:
- Between 18 to 30 years of age as on 01st January 2010
- Age relaxable upto 5 years in respect of SC / ST Candidates.

- Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria have to send their resume indicating the following things

Other Details:
- Eligible candidates will have to appear for written test at Srinagar and Jammu
- The venues for test will be communicated through print / electronic media.
- The placement is purely of contractual nature against consolidated pay for a period of two years. After conclusion of two years, pay / absorption will be linked performance.
