  • Has good knowledge and experience of handing the liability requirements of the Business Banking segments.
  • Experience : 2 to 6 yrs

Responsibilities

  • Create a portfolio of Business Banking client through sales of Current Accounts.
  • Deepen the current accounts by exploring opportunities for offering financial solutions like payment solution, cash management and trade financing.
  • Based on CRM, meet and understand the client requirements; business development on client based on identified select industry segments

Branch Service Delivery Leader (BSDL)

Position: Branch Service Delivery Leader (BSDL)

Grade Manager / Sr. Manager / AVP; In certain branches – where there is a concentration of Corporate Customers / RBI Centre / Cluster Hub branch the grade may also be VP.

Eligibility criteria:

Profile and experiential background:

Age : Min 29 to Max 34 years

Education:

  1. Graduate, Post Graduate, MBA, CA, Engineer from a recognized university/premium business schools.
  2. AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
  3. Certification on quality programs i.e., Six Sigma, ISO, 5S, Kaizen, etc. will be an added advantage.

Past Experience:

  1. Min 7 to Max 12 years of work experience in Financial Services Organisations of which minimum 3 years has to be in Banking Operations or Service Roles.
  2. In Corporate Heavy Branches, Min 3 years of experience in handling operations or sales of Corporate Segment Products & Processes like Trade CMS, etc.
  3. Minimum 2 years should be in leadership role handling team of at least 5 staff.
  4. Some experience / exposure to credit based products/processes will be an added advantage.
  5. Persons who have grown the ranks by actually working in various process / product functions will be preferred.

Qualifications, Experience, Competencies Skills:

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 6-12 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing or sales role
  • Knowledge of core banking systems and processes will be an added advantage

  • Upkeep of the Branch and ATM
  • Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management
  • Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branch
  • Ensure Branch headcount budget to be maintained
  • Ensure Role clarity of employees in the branch
  • Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated
  • Comply with Bank’s policies and processes
  • Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services
  • Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
  • Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and services
  • Ensure safety and security of bank’s and customer’s assets
  • Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms
  • Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
