Educational Qualification & Experience (As on 31.12.2010): (i)Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or it’s equivalent with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be give to the candidates having Degree / Diploma in Banking,finace, Marketing ,Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry,Animal Husbandry,Veterinary Science,Agricultural Engineering,Pisciculture,Agriculture Marketing and Co-operation,Information Technology,Management, Law,Economics,Accountancy.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as on Officer in any Bank or finacial Institutions.

Desirable Experience: Certificate in ASP,PHO,C++,JAVA,VB,VC,OCP etc.
Experience: One year as an Officer in any Bank or Financial Institutions.
(B) Agricultural Officer – 4 Posts
(i) Degree from a recognized University in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry,Animal Husbandry,Veterinary Science,Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agriculture Marketing, Pisciculture of its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Experience: Two years as an Officer in any Bank or Finaciala Institutions.

Educational Qualification & Experience (As on 31.12.2010): (i) Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or it’s equivalent. (ii) Proficiency in Hindi is essential. (ii) Knowledge of English required. (iv) Preference will be given to candidates with computer knowledge.
Pay Scale: Rs.7200-400/3-8400-500/3-9900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200/1300/1-18500-800/1-19300
Probation period: one year
Eligibilty Criteria:
Nationality / Citizenship:
A candidate must be either (i) a citizen of India or (ii) a subject of Nepal or (iii) a subject of Bhutan or (iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyikaand Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a candidate belonging to categories  (ii),(iii), (iv) and (v)
above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination/interview conducted by the Bank but on final selection the offer of appointment may be given only after the  necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him by the Government of India.
A Candidate mus also be a domicille of Utter Pradesh for the post of Office Assistant.
Relaxation in upper age limit: The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt. of India guidelines.
Application Fee for Post code 1,2,3,4 including postal charges:
For Post Code 1,2,3: SC/ST – Rs.100/- ; OBC/GEN – Rs.500/-
For Post Code 4: SC/ST – Rs.100/- ; OBC/GEN – Rs.400/-
Payment of Fee: There are eight challans availabal in Bank’s website for each category
Selection Procedure: The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of performance in written test and interview. All the eligible candidates who apply with the requisite fee and whose applications are received in time and who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be called for a written test, which  will be of objective type comprising the following:
WRITTEN TEST: Objective Tests: Duration: 2 hrs & 30 minutes

POST CODE- 3 and 4

*Candidates can opt for either 4a or 4b (General English or General Hindi)
**Marks will further be reduced to 70. For Post Code 01, 02, 03 & 04
Wrong answers given in the objective test will result in negative marks

The written test will be scheduled at the following centres and the address of the venue will be advised in the call letter.
