Experience: with 6 to 12 years of operational experience in branch banking.
Position: Assistant / Junior Manager Operations
Age: around 25 years
Experience: with 2 to 5 years of relevant banking experience in a branch
Position: Assistant Manager
Age: around 28 years
Experience: with 4 to 7 years of banking experience in retail credit appraisals and disbursement in a branch.
All the above positions require—-
Education: MBA in Finance / Marketing or a Chartered Accountant from a recognized university.
- excellent communication and customer relation management skills.
