Vacancies and Post Details :

Post Name – Officer Scale-I : Assistant Manager

Total Post – 33 [ Including Backlog Vacancies ]

Vacancies are available in the following Streams of :  Legal, Agriculture, Civil/Marine/Aeronautical Engineering, IT Engineering, Charted Accountant, Medical (M.B.B.S), Actuarial, Company Secretary and General Post. Details of Post wise vacancies along with their Education qualification is given below. Age Limit : The Age limit for the above recruitment ( as on As on 27.03.2017) is Minimum 21 Years and Maximum Age limit is 30 Years. Candidates must having age limit between this limit otherwise he/she will be disqualified.


Selection procedure and Exam Pattern :

Candidates will be selected based on the Online Written Examination which will be followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview. 

The total marks for Written Test, Group Discussion and Interview will be 200.

The Minimum qualifying marks decided by the recruitment company in the online test will be different for Categories :

  • 60% for General & OBC
  • 50% for SC /ST
  • Minimum qualifying marks for overall selection process (online test, GD and Interview) – 60% for General & OBC and 50% for SC /ST.


Salary and Emoluments : Basic Pay for Assistant Manger Post will be Rs.32,795/- per month and other admissible allowances like DA, HRA, CCA, etc. are provided. The total emoluments will be about Rs.49,500/-


Guarantee Bond : Before joining as probationer, the provisionally selected candidate for the post of Assistant Manager will be required to give an undertaking to serve the Company for a minimum time period of four years including probationary period.
